The Business of Healthcare Podcast with Tara Humphrey

May 20, 2021

130 Rachel Dunscombe – Finding great ideas a home.

Today I am speaking with Rachel Dunscombe who is the CEO at NHS Digital Academy and Principal at a company called Tektology. Rachel is also a member of the UK Artificial Intelligence Council.  We discuss selling into the NHS and what elements need to be aligned, confidence, boundaries and managing expectations.

“ I can’t let people down, that’s part of what my thing is.  Managing expectations and not stemming the flow of that ability to deliver.  I feel like I have to help people find somewhere where they can go with it and quite often I have done and I think I am also good at spotting where an idea is viable or not”. Rachel Dunscombe
