#173 Are you prioritising your team?

This week on The Business of Healthcare Podcast I wanted to discuss the importance of making time to meet with your team even when you feel like there is no time.

What is the importance of getting more time to talk to get to know each other? 
 
What do you prioritise? 
 
When we come together as a team, I have some quick ways to kickstart the meeting, you can ask what is working well, what are we finding challenging at the moment? and how have we overcome these challenges? You could ask your team to share an example of how a colleague has supported them recently too. 
 
It really is huge making the commitment to prioritise your team and your business.
