Welcome back to The Business of Healthcare Podcast episode 180 where this week I am talking to Emma Wilkinson who is a Freelance Health Journalist, Editor and Teacher.
We had a great discussion regarding Emma’s journey to becoming a journalist, the impact of negative press and her journalistic values.
We originally connected through Twitter after Emma
had written a post which I thought raised a really balanced
argument about what is going on with reporting in General Practice
so I sent her a message and now she is a guest on my podcast.
There is lots of detail to be taken from
this weeks episode and it’s great to have a
conversation with Emma discussing what is going on
in the field of healthcare.
Also a great point we laughed about, do not be scared
of journalists 🤣
