214 The Haven Podcast - Domestic Abuse and the importance of training with Tracey Secker.
I have the pleasure in welcoming
Tracey Secker to The Business of Healthcare Podcast this week to
share with us the work that is carried out at The Haven. The Haven
offer a range of services and activities to support women and
children, including a 24/7 helpline, safe accommodation, support
for those living in the local community, advocacy and advice,
specialist programmes, counselling and therapy, and children’s
services. Not everyone who is supported by The Haven lives in one
of our refuges or safe houses. We support many women and children
living in their own homes.
Their trained staff have a variety
of expertise to ensure they can support women and children across a
number of different areas.
