I’m a big believer in making time for professional development. Continually learning and growing will help you be the best you can. It can be hard to find the time when the day job is so busy, which is why I wanted to share the ways I put time aside to read, listen and learn.
Today I’m sharing how I am an audio learner and love to listen to build my knowledge. I talk about the areas I read about – both healthcare industry insights and the principles of how to build a business. I talk about how I manage my time to ensure I regularly make time to learn. And I give my top tips on note taking, something I’ve learnt to do over the years that saves me loads of time.
“In order to deliver our roles to the best of our ability, we need to invest in our professional development, industry development and insights and policies.” Tara Humphrey
