Welcome back to The Business of Healthcare Podcast.  This week I have the great pleasure of speaking with Aimee Robson who is the Deputy Director of Personalised Care at NHS England and Improvement. 

Aimee works in a national role and is a Physiotherapist by clinical background, her main responsibilities are delivering policy commitments and the long term plan towards personalised care, covering the areas regarding work force and lived experience. 

Aimee also has responsibilities for 3 of the additional reimbursement scheme roles, Social Prescribing Link Workers, Care Coordinators & Health & Wellbeing Coaches.
