#107: Hired in a Pandemic |What to expect with no induction plan

Today I wanted to provide some advice to you if you are in a new role and you are working virtually.
If you are that new recruit;
- What should you expect to do in the first 90 days?
- What if you start doing something you initially were not hired to do?
- Be proactive.
- If you are not at full capacity, use this time to read, learn and get to know who people are in your organisation.
- Be assertive, friendly professional and kind.
