BH147 – Stop trying to do Everything Yourself
Welcome back to The Business of Healthcare Podcast with me Tara Humphrey, today I and going to be discussing how and why we need to stop trying to do everything ourselves.
This episode will be particularly helpful to you if you are a Clinical Director working in a PCN. This episode will give you some tangible ways to use administrative support.
I am sharing ways I use the support including financial support, creating project action logs and personal tasks. I also share how I work with my PA and how I treat it as a two-way relationship. I also touch on how important it is to define the role and job description before you hire. Having the right mindset is also crucial as your additions are an investment rather than an expense.
“Value your administrative support. You could not do your job without them.” Tara Humphrey
