Dr Vidhya is a life-coach, author, mum and GP with a specialist interest in mental health and lifestyle medicine. She has over 10 years of clinical experience being a Clinical Director, GP Partner, and has a background in academic medical education. Through her work Dr Vidhya aims to help people grow emotionally and strengthen their emotional fitness to improve their lives.

 

Dr Vidhya joins me today to discuss her passions for life-coaching and how the direction of her career came about. She shares how she helps people to see life through a different lens enabling them to do the things they love and live the lives that light them up.
